By accessing or using the Touch platform (website and mobile applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals accessing the platform.

Touch is a healthcare technology platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare professionals for home-based medical services in the UAE. Services include but are not limited to doctor home visits, teleconsultations, nursing care, IV therapy, lab sample collection, and wellness treatments. Touch acts as an intermediary platform and does not itself provide medical services.

To book services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All bookings are subject to availability of healthcare professionals. Confirmed bookings create a service agreement between you and the assigned healthcare provider. Touch will make reasonable efforts to fulfill bookings within the estimated timeframe but does not guarantee exact arrival times. You agree to provide accurate address details and be available at the specified location during the booked time.

You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Touch reserves the right to cancel bookings due to provider unavailability, in which case a full refund will be issued.

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required at the time of booking or upon service completion (for cash on delivery). We accept major credit/debit cards and cash on delivery. Prices may be updated from time to time; the price at the time of booking confirmation applies to your order.

Touch facilitates connections between patients and licensed healthcare professionals but does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All healthcare services are provided by independently licensed practitioners. In case of a medical emergency, please call UAE Emergency Services (998/999) immediately. Touch is not liable for the clinical decisions made by healthcare providers during consultations.

You agree to provide truthful health information to healthcare providers, maintain a safe environment for home visits, treat healthcare professionals with respect, and comply with prescribed treatment plans. You agree not to misuse the platform, share your account with others, or use the services for any unlawful purpose.

All content on the Touch platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Touch Connected Care or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Touch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Touch reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
