Information Sharing
We share your relevant booking details (name, address, contact, and service notes) with the assigned healthcare professional to deliver your requested service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share information with payment processors to complete transactions, and with authorities when required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure server infrastructure, and access controls. While no system is completely secure, we continuously work to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Health Information
Any health-related information you provide (such as service notes, reasons for visit, or medical history shared with practitioners) is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. This information is only shared with the healthcare professional assigned to your booking and is stored securely in compliance with UAE healthcare data regulations.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We may use analytics tools to understand how our platform is used. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Our platform does not respond to Do Not Track signals at this time.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. You may request a copy of your data, withdraw consent for non-essential data processing, or request account deletion. We will respond to such requests within 30 days.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records and transaction history are retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by UAE regulations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
